Sofia Runarsdotter is a freelance photographer from Robertsfors, VÄsterbotten. Based in both Stockholm and New York, her main clients are publishing companies, magazines and newspapers. She also lectures on photojournalism, both in Sweden and abroad.

After her graduation from Nordens Fotoskola she has worked as freelance photographer and photo editor for many distinguished newspapers and magazines. Between 2009 and 2011 she was hired to change a major newspapers perception on imagery and how it fits together with the written word.
